Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of PropMine, including its public pages, accounts, Premium research tools, data displays, and research-assistant features.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using PropMine, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use PropMine for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use sports-wagering research, you are also responsible for meeting the minimum legal age and all other requirements that apply in your location.
2. What PropMine provides
PropMine provides sports research and analytics tools, including market displays, historical data, player and team research, matchup information, filters, saved preferences, model or simulation outputs, and research-assistant features. Features, sports, data sources, and availability may change as schedules, markets, provider coverage, and the product evolve.
PropMine does not place or accept bets, operate as a sportsbook, provide financial or investment advice, or act as a fiduciary. Any decision you make after using PropMine is your own. Historical results, trends, grades, projections, models, simulations, and research-assistant responses are informational and do not guarantee future performance.
3. Legal and responsible use
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws, regulations, sportsbook rules, contest rules, and age requirements that apply to you. Access to PropMine does not mean that sports wagering or any particular contest is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Use PropMine responsibly. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose, chase losses, or treat a research output as certainty. Review the Responsible Gambling page for practical guidance and help resources.
4. Accounts and security
Some public information may be viewed without an account. Protected research pages and tools require an account and an eligible access level. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Your account is personal to you. You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense it, or permit another person to use your subscription. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by a failure of PropMine systems.
5. Premium subscriptions and billing
Account creation and Premium access are separate steps. Premium subscription options, prices, billing cadence, renewal terms, taxes, and any trial or promotional terms are shown at checkout or in the billing portal and become part of these Terms when you subscribe.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. PropMine does not store full payment-card numbers. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, a recurring subscription continues for the selected billing period until canceled. Cancellation affects future renewals; access and billing treatment are governed by the terms shown at checkout, the billing portal, and applicable law.
We may change future pricing or subscription options with notice required by applicable law. We will not retroactively change a completed charge. Questions about billing or access should be sent to support@finishernetwork.com.
6. Limited license to use PropMine
Subject to these Terms and any required subscription, Finisher Network grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use PropMine through its intended web interface for your own lawful research.
You may not:
- copy, scrape, harvest, download in bulk, mirror, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit PropMine data, content, interfaces, or outputs without written permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile, probe, bypass, or interfere with the service, its access controls, rate limits, paywall, authentication, or security measures;
- use bots, automated agents, scripts, or crawlers except where expressly allowed by our published crawler instructions or written permission;
- share accounts, conceal identity, evade a suspension, or use another person’s credentials;
- remove ownership notices, misrepresent PropMine content as your own, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights; or
- use PropMine or its outputs to build, train, benchmark, or operate a competing data product or service without written permission.
This Section is the end-user software license for the browser-based PropMine service. No separate EULA is required unless PropMine later distributes installable software under different terms.
7. Research queries, feedback, and other submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as research questions or feedback. You grant Finisher Network a limited license to process that content as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve PropMine. Do not submit confidential information, personal information about others, or material you do not have the right to use.
If you provide ideas or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
8. Data, intellectual property, and third-party sources
PropMine and its software, design, branding, original analysis, organization, and presentation are owned by Finisher Network or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Sports schedules, statistics, odds, team and player information, logos, and other source material may come from third parties. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners. Unless expressly stated, PropMine is not endorsed by or affiliated with any league, team, sportsbook, fantasy operator, data provider, or other third party.
Third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, suspended, or unavailable. You should independently confirm material facts and current market information before making a decision.
9. Availability, changes, and suspension
We work to keep PropMine accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change, pause, or retire features; conduct maintenance; correct data; or limit access to protect users, providers, and the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens PropMine or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, license restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive.
10. Third-party services and links
PropMine relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, payments, analytics, infrastructure, communications, and sports data. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Their products, content, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by them, not PropMine.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropMine is provided “as is” and “as available.” Finisher Network disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, and results.
No data point, grade, trend, projection, simulation, generated response, or other output is a promise that an event will occur. Sports outcomes are uncertain, markets change, and data may contain errors or delays. You assume the risks associated with relying on the service and with any wagering or contest activity.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this Section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finisher Network and its owners, personnel, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or revenue; lost data; interruption; or wagering, contest, or financial losses arising from or related to PropMine.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for PropMine during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Finisher Network from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of PropMine, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
14. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the agreement between you and Finisher Network concerning PropMine. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written permission; Finisher Network may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the service.
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or business practices change. The effective date above will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by another reasonable method. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
