Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what information PropMine collects, why it is used, when it is shared, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to PropMine public pages, accounts, Premium research tools, research-assistant features, and support interactions operated by Finisher Network. It does not govern third-party websites, sportsbooks, contests, payment processors, or services that have their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and profile details provided during account creation or sign-in.
- Subscription information: selected plan, subscription status, billing cadence, transaction status, and payment-provider customer or subscription identifiers. PropMine does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Saved research preferences: favorites, filters, saved views, page selections, and other settings used to personalize the product.
- Research-assistant and support content: questions, prompts, page context, feedback, and messages you submit.
- Affiliate information: application, referral, and payout-administration details if you participate in the Affiliate Program.
Information collected automatically
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page, requested URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events.
- Usage data: page visits, feature interactions, general navigation, and performance information used to operate and improve PropMine.
- Local browser data: cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies used for authentication, preferences, favorites, product state, analytics, and security.
Information from service providers
We may receive account status from our authentication provider, payment and subscription status from our payment provider, analytics summaries, delivery or infrastructure events, and sports data from data providers.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure accounts, authenticate sessions, and determine access to protected features;
- process subscriptions, maintain billing status, provide the billing portal, and respond to payment or access questions;
- provide research tools, save preferences and favorites, answer research-assistant requests, and preserve requested product state;
- operate, troubleshoot, test, protect, and improve PropMine;
- understand aggregate product use and the performance of public pages;
- communicate about support, service changes, security, subscriptions, and policy updates;
- administer the Affiliate Program where applicable; and
- comply with law, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect users and the service.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting PropMine, consent, and legal obligations.
4. Research-assistant content
When you use Ask PropMine or another research-assistant feature, we process your prompt and relevant product context to generate a response. Prompts and responses may be logged for service delivery, safety, troubleshooting, and product improvement. Do not include payment-card information, medical information, government identifiers, confidential business information, or personal information about another person in a prompt.
Generated responses may be processed through service providers that support the feature. They are subject to the same uncertainty and accuracy limitations described in the Terms of Use.
6. Authentication and payments
PropMine uses third-party services to manage authentication and payments. The authentication provider processes account credentials and session information. The payment provider processes payment details and returns subscription and transaction status to PropMine. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy policies.
PropMine stores only the account and billing metadata needed to provide access, support subscriptions, reconcile status, and maintain records. Full payment-card numbers are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by PropMine.
7. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
PropMine uses browser storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember interface state and preferences, maintain favorites, protect the service, and measure public-page and feature usage. Some technologies are necessary for requested functionality; analytics helps us understand aggregate use and improve performance.
For product analytics, PropMine may create random browser and session identifiers. These identifiers are not account IDs and the analytics event ledger does not include names, email addresses, payment details, research-assistant prompts, or saved-prop details. Analytics events are limited to approved page, campaign, account-state, traffic-class, and feature-interaction fields. Traffic class separates external use from owner and automated quality-assurance activity without storing the owner's identity in the analytics ledger.
You can restrict cookies or clear browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out, remove saved local preferences, reset anonymous analytics identifiers, or prevent parts of PropMine from working correctly.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PropMine, maintain accounts and subscription records, preserve security and audit logs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and support legitimate business needs. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and devices and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized account access.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
You may update available account information through the account interface, manage subscription settings through the billing portal, adjust browser storage settings, and unsubscribe from optional marketing communications using the method provided in the message.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, or to object to particular processing. To make a request, email support@finishernetwork.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
If you want to delete your PropMine account, contact support. Account deletion does not automatically cancel obligations already incurred and may not require immediate deletion of records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or accounting purposes.
11. Children’s privacy
PropMine is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The service is intended only for people who meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms, including being at least 18 years old. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. International processing
PropMine and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have different data-protection laws from your country. Where required, we use appropriate mechanisms for cross-border transfers.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the service, law, or our practices change. The effective date above will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by another reasonable method.
