PropMine
Teammate-aware player prop research

Filter player history by who actually played—not who appears on today’s roster.

PropMine’s With and W/O filters build an AND-based sample from verified game participation, then apply that same sample across charts, summaries, splits, logs, and role evidence.

CoverageTeammate-aware filters apply verified participation rules to the historical sample used across the Player Lab.

What this research workflow includes

Verified participation

A teammate condition qualifies only when the underlying game data verifies who participated. Starting lineups and current rosters are not used as substitutes.

Multiple conditions

Users can combine multiple With and W/O selections. Every active condition must be satisfied for a game to remain in the sample.

One shared sample

The same qualifying games drive the chart, rates, splits, logs, and role sections so different parts of the lab do not tell conflicting stories.

Transfer-safe history

College and traded-player history keeps its original team identity; a current teammate is not retroactively added to prior-team games.

Example: one player out, another player in

A user can ask for a player’s games without one teammate and with another teammate. PropMine intersects those conditions instead of showing two unrelated samples or averaging independent filters.

This is useful for role questions, but it does not create causation. The sample still needs context: opponent, minutes, role, injury status, lineup, pace or game environment, and sample size.

Why fail-closed matters

A missing box score should not silently mean a teammate did not play. If PropMine cannot verify the participation contract, it should withhold or limit the filter rather than manufacture a W/O result.

That standard makes the feature more defensible for basketball, hockey, and football, while acknowledging that roster depth and data availability differ by sport.

A repeatable research process

Find the market

Start with a verified current line or prop family. Keep sportsbook prices, pick’em lines, model output, and historical statistics clearly labeled.

Inspect the evidence

Review the player, role, matchup, team, game, and sport-specific variables behind the summarized rate. Check the time window and sample size.

Make the decision

Use the evidence to decide whether the line deserves attention. PropMine supports the process; it does not guarantee the result.

Frequently asked questions

How many teammate filters can I combine?

PropMine does not impose an artificial small hard cap. The practical result is constrained by the qualifying game sample; more conditions can quickly reduce it to zero.

Are With and W/O filters the same as lineup projections?

No. They describe verified historical participation. They do not claim that an unconfirmed player will be in or out of a future lineup.

Which sports support teammate-aware filters?

The feature is designed for NBA, WNBA, NHL, NFL, CFB, and CBB player research wherever the historical participation record supports the comparison.

PropMine is independent research and decision-support software. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not guarantee outcomes. Historical results do not guarantee future performance.
