# Finisher Network / PropMine Affiliate Terms v1

_Last updated: 2026-06-12_

> Approved v1 operating terms for the initial manual PropMine affiliate batch. This is practical business language, not legal advice; legal/CPA review is recommended before broad rollout.

## 1. Program Overview

Finisher Network may approve selected affiliates to promote PropMine using assigned promo codes. Approved affiliates may earn commission when new customers purchase an eligible PropMine subscription using the affiliate's assigned promo code.

Affiliate promo codes are intended to reward genuine customer acquisition and retention. Affiliates are independent promoters, not employees, agents, representatives, or legal partners of Finisher Network.

## 2. Customer Promo Code Offer

Affiliate promo codes provide customers with **30% off their first PropMine purchase only**.

Eligible plans:

| Plan | Current Paywall Price | First Purchase With 30% Off |
|---|---:|---:|
| Monthly | $12.99 | $9.09 |
| 3 Months | $37.50 | $26.25 |
| 6 Months | $75.00 | $52.50 |
| Yearly | $150.00 | $105.00 |

The 30% discount applies only to the customer's first purchase. Renewal billing cycles return to the plan's full price unless Finisher Network separately offers another promotion.

## 3. Affiliate Commission

Affiliates earn **20% commission** on net collected subscription revenue for eligible referred customers.

Commission is available on the first **two successfully collected billing cycles** for each referred customer.

- Billing cycle 1: first purchase using the affiliate promo code, discounted 30%.
- Billing cycle 2: first renewal after the initial purchase, billed at full price.

Commission is calculated after Stripe/payment processing fees and excludes taxes, failed payments, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and reversed transactions.

Formula:

```text
Affiliate commission = 20% × (successful customer payment collected - Stripe/payment processing fees - taxes/refunds/disputes/chargebacks)
```

Estimated commission using Stripe domestic card fee assumption of 2.9% + $0.30:

| Plan | Cycle 1 Affiliate Est. | Cycle 2 Affiliate Est. | Total Est. Across 2 Cycles |
|---|---:|---:|---:|
| Monthly | $1.71 | $2.46 | $4.17 |
| 3 Months | $5.04 | $7.22 | $12.26 |
| 6 Months | $10.14 | $14.50 | $24.64 |
| Yearly | $20.33 | $29.07 | $49.40 |

Actual commission is based on Stripe records and actual payment fees, not estimates.

## 4. Payout Eligibility

Affiliate payouts become available once the affiliate has at least **$25.00 in accrued payable commissions**.

Commissions are payable only after:

1. The customer payment has been successfully collected.
2. The payment is not failed, refunded, disputed, charged back, or reversed.
3. The affiliate has accepted the current Affiliate Terms.
4. Required tax information has been submitted.
5. The affiliate's accrued payable balance is at least $25.00.

Recommended operating cadence: payout review occurs monthly. Finisher Network may carry forward balances below $25.00 until the threshold is met.

## 5. Non-Qualifying Payments

No commission is earned on:

- failed payments
- refunded payments
- disputed payments
- chargebacks
- taxes
- Stripe/payment processing fees
- free/comped accounts
- manually granted accounts
- self-use by an affiliate
- purchases not attributed to the affiliate's assigned promo code
- duplicate-account promo abuse
- fraudulent or artificial transactions

If commission is paid and the underlying customer payment is later refunded, disputed, charged back, or reversed, Finisher Network may deduct the reversed commission from future affiliate payouts.

## 6. Attribution Rules

Affiliate attribution is based on the Stripe promo code successfully applied at checkout.

- If a customer does not use an affiliate promo code at checkout, no affiliate commission is owed.
- If multiple codes are attempted, only the code successfully applied to the completed Stripe checkout counts.
- Promo codes are intended for first-time customer purchases only.
- Existing customer eligibility requires written approval from Finisher Network.

## 7. Affiliate Free Access and Self-Use

Approved affiliates may receive complimentary PropMine access while actively participating in the affiliate program.

Because affiliates receive free access, affiliates may not use their own promo code for their own paid subscription.

Self-use or attempted self-use may result in:

- immediate affiliate termination
- promo code deactivation
- forfeiture or voiding of unpaid commissions
- loss of complimentary affiliate access

Legitimate purchases by friends, family, household members, or audience members are allowed if the purchaser is a real separate customer using their own account and payment method.

## 8. Duplicate-Account Promo Abuse

Affiliate promo codes are first-purchase promotions. Customers may not create multiple accounts, use alternate emails, or otherwise attempt to repeatedly redeem first-purchase discounts.

If duplicate-account promo abuse is detected, Finisher Network may:

- deny or revoke promo eligibility
- disable duplicate accounts
- merge or flag accounts
- void related affiliate commission
- pause or terminate affiliate codes involved in abuse

## 9. Affiliate Conduct Rules

Affiliates must promote PropMine honestly and responsibly.

Affiliates may not:

- claim guaranteed wins, guaranteed profits, guaranteed ROI, or risk-free outcomes
- use misleading terms like "lock," "free money," "can't lose," or similar guaranteed-betting language
- fabricate or exaggerate results
- use fake screenshots or fake testimonials
- impersonate Finisher Network or PropMine
- represent themselves as an employee, agent, or official spokesperson of Finisher Network
- spam DMs, comments, communities, or inboxes
- run paid ads on Finisher Network, PropMine, or related brand terms without written approval
- post promo codes to coupon/deal sites without written approval
- target minors or encourage irresponsible gambling
- violate platform rules, sportsbook rules, or applicable law
- resell, share, or distribute complimentary affiliate access

## 10. Required Disclosure

Affiliates must disclose their financial relationship when promoting PropMine.

Approved disclosure examples:

> I may earn a commission if you subscribe using my code.

> Use code [CODE] for 30% off your first PropMine purchase. I may earn a commission if you subscribe.

## 11. Responsible Gambling / Product Representation

PropMine is a sports research and decision-support tool. It does not guarantee winning bets or profits.

Affiliates should use responsible language, such as:

> PropMine is a research and decision-support tool. No bets are guaranteed. Bet responsibly.

## 12. Taxes and Required Forms

Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.

Before payout, affiliates may be required to provide tax information, including:

- U.S. affiliates: W-9
- Non-U.S. affiliates: W-8BEN or applicable W-8 form

If an affiliate receives $600 or more in a calendar year, Finisher Network may be required to issue an applicable tax form such as a 1099. Exact tax handling should be confirmed with a CPA.

Finisher Network may withhold payouts until required tax information is received.

## 13. Payout Method

Payout method must be approved and recorded by Finisher Network. Available payout methods may change over time.

Each payout should be recorded with:

- affiliate name
- payout period
- amount paid
- payment method
- payment reference/transaction ID
- date paid

## 14. Code Pauses, Termination, and Changes

Finisher Network may pause, modify, or deactivate an affiliate code at any time for operational, abuse, compliance, product, or brand-safety reasons.

Finisher Network may terminate an affiliate relationship for:

- self-use or attempted self-use
- fraudulent activity
- duplicate-account abuse
- misleading claims
- spam or platform abuse
- failure to disclose affiliate relationship
- violation of these terms
- conduct that harms Finisher Network, PropMine, users, or the brand

Finisher Network may update future affiliate terms with notice. Updated terms apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

## 15. Record Source for Disputes

Stripe records, internal payout ledgers, and Finisher Network account/access records are the primary source of truth for commission calculations and payout eligibility.

Affiliate disputes should be submitted in writing with relevant details. Finisher Network may review and correct payout errors if confirmed.

## 16. Acceptance

By participating in the affiliate program, receiving an assigned promo code, or promoting PropMine as an affiliate, the affiliate agrees to these terms.

Recommended acceptance record:

- affiliate legal name
- email
- promo code
- terms version accepted
- acceptance timestamp
- checkbox or written acceptance statement
